Refund & Return Policy

We’re committed to making things right if something goes wrong with your order.

Received a faulty item?

If your item arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing or shipping issue, please email us at atomicsoulhelp@gmail.com with a clear photo of the issue. We’ll review your claim as quickly as possible.

If the damage is confirmed, there are two possible outcomes:

  1. Replacement: If the manufacturer accepts the claim, a replacement will be sent to you at no extra cost.

  2. Refund: If the manufacturer does not accept the claim but Atomic Soul determines the item is faulty enough, we will issue a full refund—including shipping costs.

Please note: Atomic Soul does not accept returns. All sales are final unless the item is damaged or defective as outlined above.

Change of mind or ordered the wrong item?
Because each piece we sell features original designs and we send it to an external manufactory, we do not accept returns for change of mind or accidental orders. However, feel free to contact us—we’ll always try to help find a solution.

If you're unable to use the item, consider donating it to your local op shop so it can find a new home.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks in the worse case, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Also consider the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


Shipping

Shipping is only available in Australia for now. Depending on your location in Australia shipping may be harder or impossible. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items are based on a fixed shipping rate. 

Wrong Address Policy

If the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect and cannot be delivered, the package may be returned to the manufacturer.

If you realise there was a mistake with your address, please first contact the courier directly through their customer support to see if the issue can be resolved in transit.

If the courier is unable to help, feel free to reach out to us. And we will contact the manufacturer to see if we can resolve the issue. However, this needs to be within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Once we’ve confirmed your updated address, you’ll be responsible for any reshipment costs that apply.
